Lazy Lizard Pizza is a place for family and friends to gather and enjoy great food, while their staff helps to create a wonderful dining experience! Located in Monticello, FL, they are famous for their Butcher Block Pizza and garlic knots.
Stephanie Wolfe, owner, was looking for a solution to effectively manage a fast paced restaurant with 30 tables and multiple servers. In addition to managing customer orders, Stephanie needed a solution that would allow her to control her inventory management by viewing profit and loss.
Using two Clover Stations, Lazy Lizard Pizza servers have the ability to quickly and easily input customer orders that print directly to the kitchen. Using the Inventory App, Stephanie is able to input the cost and retail price of each of her inventory items. Weekly she is able to run a report that shows how many items she sold, what her total sales were and the cost. This feature provided by Clover helps Stephanie manage the restaurants bottom line.
